Meet the exceptional instructors at REinvent
Lindsey Kellim has been with Keller Williams as a Realtor, the Chief of Finance and Operations at Keller Williams Realty Success, an interim Compliance Officer, and most recently, a Real Estate Licensing Instructor. She enjoys every aspect of real estate, especially helping others meet and exceed their goals. A part of her duties at Keller Williams is to meet with unlicensed and newly licensed agents to tell them all the great things about her company. She quickly realized how much guidance people need prior to getting their license, which is why she is excited to announce she is now available to help you from the onset of your new career.
Jim brings a wealth of experience to your real estate learning experience and will use that knowledge to help you launch your real estate career! Retiring from the U. S. Navy in 2002 after a 22-year career, Jim started buying and selling houses to help make ends meet for his growing family. He enjoyed the process so much, he decided to get his real estate license to help others find a home they could love. Jim completely dove into real estate, achieving such honors as Rookie of the Year, Platinum Sales Agent, and was designated a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He also served several years on the Professional Standards Committee, ensuring Realtors® were held to the highest levels of ethical conduct. In 2011, Jim left the retail side of real estate, moved to Denver, and joined the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to help the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) manage their foreclosure inventory. Sitting behind a desk proved too limiting for Jim; feeling the need to be out helping people on the front lines, he moved back into residential real estate in 2016. He truly enjoys helping families find and sell homes they love. He always says, “I am not a ‘salesman,’ I am a ‘match-maker;’ I help people find the perfect house for them.” Jim brings the same passion for teaching real estate; he will help you build a career you can love while fulfilling the purpose you desire to have for your life.
